BILL REED began his
passion for outdoor
recreation very early in
his childhood. He has
been fortunate enough
to turn this passion into
a career.  He enjoys
riding Horses, Dirt Bikes
ATV’s, UTV’s or anything
that will get him out into
the woods. Bill  was the
first person on the
payroll of the Hatfield
McCoy Trail System and
is an accomplished
entrepreneur that
specializes in economic
redevelopment through
adventure tourism.  His
experience extends from mapping all the way through development and
construction including media relations and business management.

Mr. Reed has been a business owner for the last 10 years with businesses
that concentrate on economic redevelopment through adventure tourism.  
He has had ownership in restaurants, motels, powersports shops,
automotive repair, rental services, Off Highway Vehicle trail design,
construction, and marketing firms.  

Bill Reed has been featured in Adventure Trails magazine, as a test rider
for ATV Sport magazine and his businesses have been featured
everywhere from AP articles, to Outdoor Adventure Magazine as well as
Fishers ATV World, Dirt Trax TV and Ride to Adventure. He has been a state
representative for the National Off-Highway Conservation Council for the
last 5 years, and was named 2010 NOHVCC partner of the Year. He is also a
Kentucky Colonel.

on the trail blazer committee and is very involved with those
activities.  

Debbie began riding ATV’s and motorcycles several years ago
but now finds herself enjoying side by sides more than any other
OHV.

She has held positions on the Buffalo Trace Mounted Patrol,
Campbell County Search and Rescue, Team Leader with the
Northern Kentucky Technical Rescue Team Large Animal Division
and is the contact liaison for the Campbell County Animal Shelter
for large animal abuse/neglect. Debbie has been a 4-H Equine
leader since 2007.  She is FEMA certified in Response,
Management and Command.  Her specific NIMS certifications are
IS 100, IS 200, IS700 and IS800.  She is a member of KyQHA, APHA,
AQHA, KHC, KEEP and AERC.         

Debbie is very involved in all aspects of the business including
but certainly not limited to administration, management and trail
development.
DEBBIE REED began her love for
the equine industry at a very young
age. Having horses since childhood
has allowed her to grow and
understand the delicate relationships
between horseman and horse.

Debbie began her professional career
in the equine industry in 1998 by
working as a trainer for both horse and
rider.  She took all of this knowledge
and opened What 4 Stables in 2008
where she served as the owner and
continued to train horses, provides
riding lessons and stable services.

Debbie has been with the Northern
Kentucky Horse Network since its
inception where she was an original
