Spearhead Trails
Southwest Virginia
The Spearhead Trails is Virginia’s state trails program to promote adventure tourism and diversify the economy in southwest Virginia.  The MAS team
has consulted with Spearhead on every topic critical for their creation.  These topics have included items such as rules, fee systems, law enforcement,
project area placement and legislation just to name a few.  The team is currently consulting with Spearhead on the creation of their long term
development plan and has already completed the inventory mapping and design of their pilot project in Tazewell County Virginia.
